Thank you for your interest in Cloud Bear Healing Arts.
My schedule is currently filled with ongoing patients, and it is difficult to predict when spaces will become available.
If you choose to fill out and submit my contact form, please include your pet’s breed, approximate weight, age, diagnosis, the name of your primary care veterinarian/clinic, and a brief description of your concerns about your pet’s well-being. Please note that my patients must be current on their Rabies vaccination.
My availability is likely to be quite limited for the coming months.

Office Visit Requirements:
All dogs must be on a leash. No metal-type collars, please.
All cats must be in a carrier.
All pets must be current on their Rabies vaccination

All pets must have a current relationship with a regular veterinarian. All of my services are intended to complement the care of your pets’ regular veterinarian. I am happy to work with your vet to develop a well-rounded plan to enrich your pets’ comfort and well-being.
Diagnosis of your pets’ primary medical condition should be made by your regular veterinarian prior to scheduling with me at Cloud Bear Healing Arts. I am not equipped to provide diagnostic testing beyond physical examination.
